what I ate wednesday


                                               Breakfast 10:00 - warm water with lemon




                                 Lunch 12:00 -  Ratatouille, salad and tortilla with Camembert
                            




                                Snack 16:00 - organic muesli w/almond milk, half a pear, banana and a
                                spoon of peanut butter.



                               Dinner 20:00 - Moroccan meatballs with oven potatoes
